The Oblack Education Foundation is committed to assisting individuals wanting to make lifelong learning a reality. The foundation enables continuous learning by providing $1000 scholarships for students entering their first year of any 2 or 4 year college, university, community college, or trade school.

• Students must be entering the first year of any 2 or 4 year college, university, community college, or trade school.
• Must be a graduating senior from the Colton, Molalla, or Silverton, Oregon School Districts.
• 3.0 GPA Preferred.
